• Every attempt has been made to ensure the information provided in the WSCB website is correct but no reliance on its accuracy can be placed and WSCB accept no liability for any errors. If any error is brought to our attention we will make reasonable endeavour to correct it within 14 days.
• Any information provided in our blog is either our own creation or replicated with permission from the copyright client
• All testimonials in the WSCB website have been provided and approved by the contributors whose identity has been kept anonymous. If the location of property on the WSCB website can be identified we respectfully request that you do not contact, or attempt to contact, directly or through a third party, the clients.  If you want further information or site visits to assess our work then we will be happy to arrange this.
• Nothing in the website can be used or construed to be a contract or offering and only a fully executed agreement between WSCB and you will form the basis of contract.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• The copyright in all material contained on, in, or available through the WSCB website including all information, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics and video messages, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all source code, software compilations and other material is owned by or licensed to WSCB. All rights are reserved worldwide.
• Any trademarks, service marks, and logos (“WSCB Trade Marks”) contained on or in the WSCB Website are exclusively owned by WSCB. You cannot use, copy, edit, vary, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, transmit, commercially exploit or disseminate WSCB Trade Marks without the prior written consent of WSCB.
• All third party trademarks, service marks, and logos on the WSCB website are used with permission of the copyright client and cannot be used without the express permission of the copyright client.

Reasonable precautions have been taken to protect you from viruses and to ensure the confidentiality of e-mail addresses and communications. We cannot, however, guarantee 100% the safety of any submission from viruses and other malicious elements related to the Internet. You use the WSCB Website at your own risk.

We may in some circumstances charge a fee of £25 for complying with such a request and we reserve the right to require you to confirm and prove your identity.

LEGAL NOTICES

• These terms & conditions (as amended from time to time) constitute the entire agreement between you and WSCB and supersede any previous arrangement, agreement, undertaking or proposal.
• We reserve the right to update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be effective as soon as it is uploaded to the WSCB website and your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new policy. No other variation to these Terms shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorised representative on behalf of WSCB Ltd.
• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in relation to any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and/or your use of the WSCB website.
• If any provision(s) of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties (as reflected in the provision(s)) and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• WSCB’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by WSCB in writing.
• Unless otherwise expressly stated, nothing in the Terms shall create any rights or any other benefits whether pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise in favour of any person other than you and WSCB.
• WSCB will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), under statute or otherwise, as a result of or in connection with the WSCB website , for any: (i) economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or (ii) loss of goodwill or reputation; or (iii) special or indirect or consequential loss.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the liability of WSCB for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by English law.
