WSCB successfully secured the contract to build this exciting home in the summer of 2015 with completion and handover to the Client in early 2017. A mix of ultra-modern materials, as well as traditional, making this building one of the most iconic houses on the West Sussex coast.
“We chose WSCB as main contractor for the building of a new home in West Wittering. Although our award-winning architect was not local and introduced national contractors to tender for the work, we wanted to use a firm that knew the local marine environment and climate well, would take care to respect our neighbours through the building process (the site has tricky access) and take more pride in the project as it was on their “patch”. This turned out to be a very good decision. The house was built to a beautiful standard of workmanship; WSCB did not miss a day’s work for the life of the project; the team were extremely pleasant to deal with; post-completion snags have been minimal but attended to promptly to the same high standard and, finally, the site and road were managed meticulously and they took great care to be considerate to our neighbours throughout the long construction process.
