We uphold the valued principles of traditional repair techniques in the conservation of historic buildings but are not ignorant of the value of modern resins to maintain and prolong the life of valuable fabric. This sympathetic approach to building maintenance has promoted our services in and around the National Trust village of Slindon and Woolbeding.
We undertake commissions for Green oak structures, ranging from complex roof trusses to garages, garden offices and gazebos.
We are noted for our new build projects and extensions, with successful projects built on the Wittering seafront, Birdham Pool and further a field. Renovations, loft conversions and modernisations are also our forte; our portfolio includes projects in the conservation areas of Bosham and that of Slindon. For that reason we are aware of planning issues, listed building consent and issues related to VAT.
We understand the issues related to the generation of rubbish within the building industry and are careful to minimise our waste. Much of our waste is recycled and if not, fully traceable through the correct routes of disposal. Our intention is to meet the government’s objectives for more eco-friendly building which helps the environment and can significantly lower your building cost through the reuse of existing materials. This approach can provide a seamless blend between the traditional and the modern.
As a responsible company we do everything within our power to ensure the safety of our workforce, the client and the general public. For these reasons we provide adequate access facilities wherever necessary and supply our own welfare facilities to minimise any inconvenience felt while work is progress.
